SAM Global University (SGU) has been constituted wide notification of M.P. State official Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 314 dated 14 August 2019 established as per The Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (SthapanaAvamSanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007 and Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (SthapanaAvamSanchalan) SanshodhanAdhiniyam 2019.
