Admission Procedure

Please read the following document carefully before filling the form

Applicants applying for admission of all UG/PG/Ph.D. programs have to register themselves on our admission portal, registration starting from ………………………. Admission is provided based on merit of the respective entrance examinations i.e. JEE/NEET/CAT/MAT/UCEED/CET/PAT/Others or Qualifying Examination of respective boards like. H.Sc./UG/PG/Others. The procedure for the same is mentioned below:

Getting started (Online Application)

  1. Click on to Admission Open 2023-24 tab at SAM Global University website (samglobaluniversity.ac.in) and read the instructions about the admission process carefully.
  2. Go to the link https://sgu.nopaperforms.com which will be only activated as the admission process starts for that current academic session.
  3. Steps to Follow which is visible on the web page, will guide you through the complete process. 

Note: During registration process, do take care of following points:

    1. Username: Applicants his / her email id
    2. Generation of valid email id, in case applicant don’t have valid email id, is must while filling the registration form
    3. All the mandatory fields are indicated by a black asterisk (*).
    4. Applicant’s name and Date of Birth must be the same as mentioned in class X mark sheet.

Go to New Registration link for signing up on the Admission Open (New). There is no fee for the registration.

Basic details along with interested Programme / courses / specialization have to be filled by the applicant. (These can be changed further while filling the application form, as per requirement)

After successful completion of registration, a copy of login details and application number will be notified to the candidates on their email id.

Note:

  1. After login successfully, applicant can change his / her login details
  2. Applicant must ensure that all entered details are correct before submitting.

In Sign-In Page of SAM Global University, enter your User Name and Password here and press the submit button.

Complete your all the details: 

  • Program and Applicant’s details
    1. Applicant’s personal profile along with program details
    2. Aadhar details (mandatory)
    3. Parent’s details, etc.
  • Qualification Details
    1. Enter the details of your Academic background for satisfying the eligibility criteria. Candidates needs to fill the complete details to verify the results online.

Note: Please ensure that all the results must be available with you before applying. If your results are still not announced (Result Awaited), then a check box is given there which should be ticked.

  • Document Upload
    1. Self-attested photocopies of mandatory documents need to be uploaded.
  • Payment/Fees  
    1. Before proceeding for online payment, an undertaking will be generated. This undertaking contains the details of form filled and admission rules. After agreeing to rules and regulations, the applicant can proceed further for payment.
    2. A payment of Rs. 590/- is to be made via Online Payment Gateways or UPI.
  • Print Application
    1. It will generate the receipt of above application form with filled details along with rules of admission and application fees policies.

This option gets activated course wise according to specific result dates for allotment mentioned at login and information page. On the allotment dates the applicant can view his/her allotment for which the selection and allotment notification SMS is sent to all the candidates. In this option, the applicant can perform the following operations:

  • View Allotment: According to the applied preferences and cut-off marks decided by the University, the candidate can view his/her allotment and take a print.
  • Confirm Allotment & Pay Fees: After confirming allotment, the applicant can proceed for fee payments and other details.
  • It contains the cancellation and fees refund policy of university.
  • Forward to Next Round: Applicant, if not satisfied with the present allotment, then they can forward their form for the next round. Those who want to reappear for the next round will have to pay Re-Counselling Form Feeof 500/- via Online Payment Gateways or UPI.

Note: The applicant who has Nil allotment will not be charged any fee for the next round Counselling.

  • Check Reporting Procedures: The applicant eager to take the admission in allotted branches can go ahead and check the reporting procedure. It includes the details of document verification and semester fee payment at the University premises on or before the assigned dates. If the candidate fails to report during the assigned tenure, the seats will be treated as vacant and will be updated in next round.

Offline Application

For offline application, Candidate must visit the University Campus along with relevant documents for fulfilling all the above-mentioned procedure.

The candidates have to report to the university with the following documents:

Note: The candidate will be guided by the reporting team to complete the admission formalities. After completion of the admission formalities the student will collect the fees receipt and the Admission Slip. Original Mark Sheets will be required for the verification purpose and will be returned to the candidate.

  1. Any one ID Proof (Voter ID/Driving License/PAN Card/Aadhar Card./Bank Pass Book
  2. 10th Mark sheet (Original) with 2 Sets of Xerox Copy
  3. 12th Mark sheet (Original)/Online Print (If Mark sheet is not Available) with 2 Sets of Xerox Copy
  4. Graduation Mark sheet (Original)/Online Print (If Mark sheet is not Available) with 2 Sets of Xerox Copy (All Semester) [For PG Courses]
  5. JEE Mains/NEET/CAT/GATE/CMAT/Pre-MCA Score Cards (Whatever is Applicable)
  6. TC (Original) with 2 Sets of Xerox Copy
  7. Migration (Original) with 2 Sets of Xerox Copy
  8. Two Recent Colored Passport Size Photographs

Bus/Hostel form (If required), Student Records Sheet (Will be provided at the time of reporting)
