Students Scholarship Information

The Govt. of India and Govt. of Madhya Pradesh provide various scholarships which are available to the students of SAM University. The university was established to support various government initiatives and policies like the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Digital India, Swachh Bharat, Jandhan Yojana and more. The government also provides reservations and scholarship programs to students from backward classes and lower economic background. Some of these scholarships are as under. Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana, Madhya Pradesh

• This scholarship is for those students who have passed their 12th with 75% or more from the state board and 85% or more from CBSE/ICSE.
• The annual income should not exceed INR 6 Lakhs.
• If the candidate is an engineering student, then their JEE Mains Rank should be till 50,000 or less.
• Medical or dental students should have cleared their NEET exam.
• Law students should have cleared their CLAT exam and got into NLU.
• Should be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.

Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students, Madhya Pradesh

• The students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC) who are studying at the post-secondary level can apply for the scholarship.
• The annual income of the family should be less than INR 75,000 (for 100% scholarship).
• The annual income of the family should be up to INR 1,00,000 (for a 50% scholarship).

Post Matric Scholarship Scheme [SC Students]

• The students belonging to the SC category who are studying at the post-secondary level can apply for the scholarship.

Post Matric Scholarship Scheme [ST Students]

• The students belonging to the ST category who are studying at the post-secondary level can apply for the scholarship.
• The annual income of the family should be less than INR 2,50,000 (for 100% scholarship).
• The annual income of the family should be between INR 2,50,000 and INR 6,00,000 (for 50% scholarship).

Scholarship For Minority Category Students.

• Govt. of India is providing Scholarship for Minority category students and The MP Government wants to encourage the students from minority communities by the implementation of minority Scholarship MP.
• It is basically intended for the welfare of the meritorious students who belong to minority communities. This scholarship program is the best initiative for financial help for the majority of communities. This is the key objective of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
• Many parents do not encourage their children to get educated because of the paucity of fees. So to encourage them, so they do not be deprived of getting what exactly they deserve. This is the main goal of minority Scholarship MP. So if you come in the category of minority and you want to study further, you then no need to worry about it.

Scholarship For Other State Students Other than Madhya Pradesh other states are also providing scholarship to their students who are studying in SAM University, Bhopal.
